Job Description
  • The Client is seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now Specialist with expertise in Plan Configuration, Plan Build, and File Feed integration (834, CSV formats).
  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ADP Workforce Now, ensuring seamless data exchange between internal systems and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain benefits, payroll, and other HR-related plans in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Manage and support ADP Lyric HCM modules including Payroll, Workforce Management, and Time & Attendance.
  • Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and smooth operation of ADP Lyric HCM applications.
  • Design and build plan configurations to support business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and manage file feeds (834, CSV formats) for benefits, payroll, and other HR data transactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and data integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal HR, IT, and payroll teams to optimize system workflows and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all system configurations and data exchanges.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely transmission of data.
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance to validate plan configurations and file feeds.
  • Provide user training and support for ADP Workforce Now system functionalities.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, file feeds, and issue resolutions.
