Payroll Administrator (ADP Workforce Now)Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Work Model: Onsite for first 90 days, then hybrid
Pay Rate: $26 to $31 per hour
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail oriented Payroll Administrator to support high volume payroll operations in a fast paced environment. This role will focus on full cycle payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multi state and multi entity payrolls.
Key Responsibilities- Process full cycle, multi state, multi entity payroll for hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Review and validate payroll data including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and garnishments
- Audit payroll reports prior to submission and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Maintain employee records including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Process payroll adjustments such as retro pay, final pay, and manual checks
- Manage direct deposit updates, tax form changes, and benefit deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audit requests
- Partner with HR and Accounting on payroll related questions and issue resolution
- Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, deductions, and payroll processes
Required Qualifications- 2 to 5+ years of payroll experience in a high volume environment
- Strong hands on experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with multi state and multi entity payroll processing required
- Solid understanding of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance
- Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting
