Payroll Administrator (ADP Workforce Now)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Work Model: Onsite for first 90 days, then hybrid Pay Rate: $26 to $31 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented Payroll Administrator to support high volume payroll operations in a fast paced environment. This role will focus on full cycle payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multi state and multi entity payrolls.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process full cycle, multi state, multi entity payroll for hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now
  • Review and validate payroll data including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and garnishments
  • Audit payroll reports prior to submission and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain employee records including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
  • Process payroll adjustments such as retro pay, final pay, and manual checks
  • Manage direct deposit updates, tax form changes, and benefit deductions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audit requests
  • Partner with HR and Accounting on payroll related questions and issue resolution
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, deductions, and payroll processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 5+ years of payroll experience in a high volume environment
  • Strong hands on experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with multi state and multi entity payroll processing required
  • Solid understanding of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance
  • Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting
