Job description

This position is fully onsite in Boca Raton- must be able to go in office Monday-Friday.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading and supporting multiple ADP Workforce Now (WFN) implementations, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors


Responsibilities

  • Lead and support ADP Workforce Now (WFN) implementation projects, including system setup, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Support payroll data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
  • Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to perform data analysis, auditing, reporting, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Collaborate on integrations between ADP Workforce Now, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and related HRIS systems.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of payroll systems implementation experience.
  • Successfully completed 5–10 ADP Workforce Now implementations.
