Job description

Overview

Sierra Lobo, offers customers a full range of professional and technical capabilities, including Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Technologies.  We also develop products and processes related to Cryogenic Fluid and Thermal Management Systems, Densified Propellant Management Systems, and Prototype Extreme Pressure and Temperature Systems.  Our customers include the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

Preferred Location: Northwest Florida.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible, but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and configure Service Now Modules
  • Integrate business systems
  • Design and implement workflow automation
  • Build and manage integrations to connect Service Now with external applications and data sources
  • Create reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide user training and documentation
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 U.S. Citizenship.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. 

Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, FSM (Field Service Management), and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).

Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, ERP, or enterprise business systems.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, or comparable platforms.

Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process improvement, business systems integration, and enterprise asset management.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting tools, REST APIs, and SOAP integrations.

Experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and business intelligence solutions.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

* Periodic travel may be required for company meetings, training events, customer engagements, and business needs

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent combinations of education, military training, professional certifications, and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Months/Years of Experience: 

Three (3) or more years of experience administering and developing enterprise business applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience supporting government contracting organizations.

Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and government contractor business processes.

 Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management).

Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

Active security clearance or previous experience working in a cleared environment.
