Job description

This role will support key human resources functions including recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring
  • Administer and maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll, HR administration, recruiting and reporting
  • Process payroll accurately and timely
  • Support employee relations, compliance, and HR policies/procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous HR Generalist experience required
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now required
  • Payroll processing and benefit administration experience required
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of LMS and training documentation preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced small business environment
