  • Managing file version control, ensuring all changes and updates are accurately logged and distributed to the appropriate team members
  • Collaborating with technical writers, engineers, and project managers to incorporate feedback and finalize documents for submission
  • Maintaining a centralized document repository to ensure ease of access and security compliance
  • Providing administrative support for document preparation during formal reviews, audits, or briefings

Requirements
  • Five plus years experience in a program administrator role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proficient in preparing, editing, formatting, and maintaining technical documents, reports, and correspondence in compliance with DoD guidelines and organizational standards
  • Skilled in utilizing word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) for creating, reviewing, and managing professional-quality documentation
  • Familiarity with document version control and tracking systems to ensure changes are accurately logged and communicated across teams
  • Possess an active DoD secret security clearance
