What you will do
Role Overview:

The Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative duties for a wind energy generation site.ย 

Main responsibilities:

Provide periodic reporting of energy deliveries, plant performance, and downtimeย 

Process invoices, service agreements, and other documentsย 

Process facility expensesย 

Interface with site contractorsย 

Perform regulatory filings with public agenciesย 

Assist with complying with safety, federal, and site-specific regulations and agreementsย 

Manage electronic and paper copies of agreements, permits, handbooks, procedures, and project-related documentationย 

Participate in facility's annual budgeting processย 

Provide administrative support to the Operations teamย 

Interface with and support on-site staff as neededย 

Interface with Engineering, Accounting, Legal, Development staff, and other individuals, both internal and externalย

  • Sitting/Standing/Flexibility:Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environmentย 

  • Speech/Reading:Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule formย 

  • Lifting:Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 poundsย 

  • Vision/Hearing:Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule formย
