Office Assistant Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Sort, file, and maintain organized paperwork and records
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Match and verify documentation by vendor names and invoice numbers
- Assist with general administrative support tasks as needed

$21 per hour
Office Assistant Requirements
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including email and data entry
