What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the virtual phone operator position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Virtual Phone Operator, you need strong verbal communication, active listening, and multitasking abilities, typically with a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with phone system software, CRM tools, and call management platforms like VoIP or cloud-based systems is usually required.
