  • Collaborative leader who can partner with dealership general managers to optimize inventory levels and vehicle pricing.
  • Leader who is passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process.
  • Track record of implementing best practices for customer engagement and retention as well as leading sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development of sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Variable Operations leader with track record of driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the profitability of the variable operations, including new and used vehicle sales, F&I (Finance and Insurance) departments, and vehicle marketing strategies.
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional targets for new and used vehicle sales.
  • Experience analyzing sales performance, history, and metrics identifying areas for improvement and growth to formulate new policies designed to promote sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong amount of emotional intelligence.
