Job Purpose
The Finance Transformation Manager's primary responsibilities are to lead cross functional process improvement and Transformation Projects leveraging AI & Automation Tools in the Corporate Finance departments and other Tasks such as Value Stream Mapping, Finance SharePoint Administration, etc.

  • Predictive Modeling Projects
  • Project Documentation and Change Management
  • Finance SharePoint Site Administration
  • Ad Hoc Projects & Tasks
  • Other Tasks as Assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Technology field, and/or Finance or equivalent
  • Project Leadership experience required
  • Digital Process Automation experience required
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; enterprise resource planning systems (i.e., SAP), etc.
  • Experience with Lean methodology preferred
  • IT or Finance project management experience preferred
  • Power BI, Power Automate, & Power Query experience preferred
  • AI workflow usage experience preferred
  • AI Agent creation experience preferred
  • App building experience preferred (personal or professional)
  • AI-generated coding experience preferred (i.e. Claude Code, Codex)
  • 7+ Years of relevant experience
