VP Transformation opportunity for a PE-backed B2B services company


This role reports directly to the CEO to drive enterprise-wide strategy deployment, translating corporate strategy into measurable financial outcomes. This role combines transformation execution, MBR/scorecard ownership, KPI harmonization, and PE fund exposure. This is effectively the CEO’s strategy execution function and a critical engine for growth in the business.


An ability to deal with ambiguity and create structure and accountability will be paramount.


Candidates should have a background in project/program management, consulting, or related work.
