Our entrepreneurial culture, flat structure and embrace of individual differences, allow creative ideas, original concepts, and unique perspectives to drive our business forward - and for careers to take flight.

You will be the analytical backbone of the transformation function - translating complex operational and financial data into the insights, dashboards and reporting frameworks that allow leadership to make informed decisions throughout a program lifecycle.
We'll trust you to own the measurement layer by

  • Delivering AI-augmented analytics that surface actionable insights for leadership

You'll need to have
  • 7+ years of experience in data warehousing, dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
  • 3+ years working across technology and business teams; consulting background strongly preferred
  • Hands-on platform experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks (required)
  • KPI framework design and executive dashboard development in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Ability to apply data governance and quality assurance frameworks within transformation workstreams; experience with lineage documentation and migration validation
  • Familiarity with AI-augmented analysis: LLM-assisted categorization, anomaly detection, and forecasting

What we offer
We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits. Our goal is to offer a highly individualized employee experience that enables you to balance your commitments to career, family, and community. When you work for Lazard, you are working for an organization that cares about your unique talents and passions, and will continue to invest in the development of your career.
We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $145,000- $170,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant's years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
