Senior Vice President, Agile Coach
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our Agile Delivery Practice team. This role is located in New York City.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Help teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems.
  • Operate at an enterprise level to solve systematic problems in a structured manner and propose long-term strategy roadmaps across the entire line of business before pilot projects.
  • Serve as a servant leader and mentor, supporting and evangelizing best practices for Agile and ways of working without being part of the scrum team.
  • Facilitate and conduct trainings and workshops at lines of business and enterprise level, helping teams measure success through metrics and continuously improve practices.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods, including Scaled Agile Frameworks, Kanban, Scrum, and Lean. 
  • Expertise in cross-functional team leadership, coaching and mentoring approaches, conflict resolution, and effective facilitation and teaching methods.
  • Experience successfully running Agile projects of varying size and complexity.
