Vice President- Transformation
Department: Technology
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Los Angeles HQ
Reporting To: Mehmet Dokumcu
Compensation: $275,000 / year
Description
SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, shapewear, and essentials. We are setting new standards by delivering technically innovative, comfort-driven products with elevated design for everybody.
At the intersection of culture, innovation, and commerce, SKIMS is a global brand redefining modern apparel. Our teams are built on creativity, collaboration, and operational excellence, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment where ambitious, curious, and values-driven individuals can do the best work of their careers.
As we continue to scale globally, our HQ teams play a critical role in shaping strategy, building world-class infrastructure, and driving sustainable growth across markets.
Why This Role Matters
SKIMS is entering its next phase of growth and needs a senior transformation leader who can help the organization evolve its processes, navigate an increasingly complex operating model, accelerate adoption of emerging technologies, and ensure the company's highest-priority initiatives move from strategy to execution.
This role will own the company-wide transformation agenda, operating model evolution, cross-functional execution, AI adoption and organizational change management. The SVP, Transformation will serve as a strategic leader who can identify opportunities, create alignment across functions, drive accountability, and ensure transformation efforts deliver measurable business impact.
The role will partner closely with functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, and continue to evolve the organization as SKIMS scales.
The Vice President of Transformation will:
  • Own and drive the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with company priorities and business objectives
  • In partnership with the CTO, lead the AI transformation agenda across the company
  • Translate transformation initiatives into defined workstreams, accountable owners, timelines, success metrics, and measurable outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve operating models, processes, systems, tooling, and decision-making frameworks across the organization
  • Drive organizational change management to ensure transformation initiatives are adopted and embedded into ways of working - not simply launched
  • Partner with ELT members and functional leaders to drive high-priority initiatives and ensure teams remain focused on the highest-impact work
  • Establish a disciplined operating cadence for transformation updates, decision-making, progress tracking, and escalation
  • Create visibility into transformation progress, risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the organization
  • Build alignment across teams by facilitating effective collaboration and influence cross-functional accountability without relying solely on direct authority

Operating Model & Change Management:
  • Evaluate current ways of working and identify areas where organizational structure, processes, systems, or decision-making approaches can be improved
  • Develop change management strategies that support successful adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Build alignment among stakeholders and ensure teams understand the "why," "what," and "how" behind transformation initiatives
  • Create mechanisms for sustained accountability and continuous improvement

Ideal Background
  • Has successfully led enterprise transformation at a high-growth, complex, or scaling organization in a relevant industry
  • Preference for combination of consulting and in-house experience
  • Strong operator with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy development and execution
  • Deeply curious about AI and genuinely excited about how AI can transform business operations and ways of working
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale change management and organizational adoption
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions, pushing back across functions, and making difficult prioritization decisions
  • Experienced influencing senior executives and driving outcomes through collaboration and alignment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges into actionable plans
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
