PROtect, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee engineering, environmental compliance, and field operations at a large industrial client site in Whiting, IN.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct impact on safety, compliance, operational performance, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Lead
Operational Oversight & Project Execution
  • Oversee engineering and environmental compliance operations at a major industrial facility
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget
  • Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization
  • Align site performance with company and client objectives

Team Leadership & Development
  • Execute hiring and workforce planning strategies
  • Develop annual performance goals and provide coaching and mentorship
  • Lead evaluations and corrective action processes
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence

Client & Executive Communication
  • Serve as primary operational liaison for the client
  • Provide progress reporting, scope updates, and strategic insight
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance partnerships

Engineering & Environmental Compliance
  • Provide technical leadership for engineering and LDAR programs
  • Oversee SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct QA/QC audits and technician performance reviews
  • Support Management of Change (MOC) evaluations
  • Ensure accurate regulatory reporting (EPA quarterly, semi-annual, annual submissions)
  • Oversee environmental KPI tracking and recurring compliance reporting
  • Review calibration records, training documentation, and database QA/QC

Safety & Field Operations
  • Enforce Job Safety Assessments (JSAs) and PPE compliance
  • Ensure all training and certifications are maintained
  • Manage remote and traveling technical staff across locations
