Position Overview:

TEAM is seeking an experienced person for a Project Manager Role, The Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of any specifically assigned project, must be safety focused, organized able to multi task and be responsible for oversight of employees on any work or client site or TEAM facility, responsible for the planning, coordinating, directing the job or task activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Compliance with all safety procedures and job documentation.

· Plans, organizes, and controls assigned operations in accordance with guidelines and schedules established.

· Maintains total awareness of customer and company policies, regulations, and procedures and ensures proper adherence to them with respect to contract operations.

· Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern

· Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM’s Core Values.

· Plans, organizes and controls assigned operations in accordance with guidelines and schedules established by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager.

· Provides instruction, guidance, and directions to assist employees having difficulties and procedural problems.

· Schedules Field Personnel for work assignments on a project in cooperation with the Operations Manager or Branch Manager and may perform field work on occasion.

· Acts as the liaison between management and the workforce to keep production and maintenance supervisors informed, avoid breaches of contracts and maintain the highest possible level of employer/employee relationships.  Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern

· Develops standard capabilities requirements aligned with project attributes

· Assists in sales presentations for project management capabilities

· Ensures compliance and monitors the effectiveness of the project management process

· Participate in readiness review and lessons learned

· Responsible for successful performance of individual projects

· Develop resource requirements for projects and assist in development of estimates and proposals

· Identifies scope delays or deviations for creation of change orders

· Ensures timesheets and job sheets are properly completed, approved and submitted

· Provides leadership at a project level and evaluates project performance of personnel

· Monitors cost and schedule against budget and baseline

· Ensures equipment is maintained while on the project

· Ensures personnel are properly trained and certified to perform the tasks they are assigned

· Performs administrative procedures including documentation, dissemination of information, and task management.

· Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.

· Properly uses and completes customer and company job related forms and paperwork.

· Properly uses, cares for and maintains monitoring equipment and company vehicles.

· Communicates and deals with customers and other parties in such a manner as to benefit the professional reputation of the company.

· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Attend and complete the required training to maintain competence and to continuously improve their skills and levels of competence and knowledge.

· Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

· Extensive walking with the ability to lift and carry 20 pounds.

· Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver in a standard, refinery, or plant environment to include the ability to access elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells except when performing non-field duties.

· Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to communicate effectively.

· Sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to conduct investigations.

Work Conditions

· Position is based out of a TEAM field office or client site location.

· Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.

· Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel.

· Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.

· Be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.

· May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes.

· May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.

Job Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Technical school, Industry or relevant training preferred

· Five or more years of experience is preferred.

· Driving License, TWIC Card, preferred.
