Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Indianapolis, IN, supporting commercial construction projects within industrial facilities, infrastructure, and specialty building products. This role is ideal for a construction project management professional who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, communicating with diverse project stakeholders, and driving projects from contract award through successful closeout.
The Project Manager will work closely with general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, installers, vendors, architects, owners, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to join a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment with supportive leadership, experienced team members, and room to continue building a long-term career in commercial project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff or contract award through closeout.
- Oversee multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manufacturers, general contractors, installers, vendors, architects, owners, and internal teams.
- Review project documents, specifications, drawings, RFIs, submittals, procurement needs, and change orders.
- Track project costs, timelines, material deliveries, installation activities, and project milestones.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and resolve issues before they impact schedules, budgets, or customer satisfaction.
