Senior Project Manager (Consultant) Location: Newark, CA (Onsite 4 days per week) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months Reports To: Head of IT & Cybersecurity Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager (Consultant) to lead and deliver strategic cross-functional initiatives across Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, and Business Systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management capabilities, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within regulated life sciences environments. This role will drive projects from initiation through execution and completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Experience with GxP systems, cybersecurity programs, website development projects, data analytics platforms, and emerging AI technologies is highly desirable but not required. The position requires regular collaboration with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams and will be based onsite in Newark, CA four days per week.
