Job Summary
Seeking a motivated person for a research assistant position on a federally-funded HIV prevention grant. With supervision from the research coordinator, perform research tasks including screening for study eligibility, informed consent, enrollment, and survey data collection administration. Manage participant incentive payments and study documentation. Engage in regular communication and meetings with the PI and research coordinator.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Familiarity with psychosocial or behavioral research; Experience with quantitative research methods and survey data collection; Comfort with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel; Knowledge of video conferencing platforms such as Zoom; Ability to work independently; Excellent communication skills. Content knowledge of substance use disorder is a plus.
