What You'll Do Reach out to internal users to confirm current system setup and availability for new application installation Use a remote desktop tool to sign in and download the new application on each user's device Guide the user through entering their current login information to access the new application Update documentation to ensure all users have been assisted Skills / Experience You Will Need 2+ years of Customer Service related experience Technical savviness (but formal IT Support experience is NOT required) Strong attention to detail Ability to follow detailed process workflows Primary Responsibilities Responsible for processing all incoming medical and / or dental service documentation according to contract requirements and customer specifications.
