Job Summary:
Clinical Architecture is at the forefront of healthcare IT innovation, seeking an entry-level Product Analyst to join their team. This role involves supporting the Directors of Product Management by defining requirements, developing user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Collaborate with Directors of Product Management to evaluate input from multiple stakeholders to develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
โ€ข Assist in translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
โ€ข Participate in product validation, testing support, or user acceptance activities.
โ€ข Participate in Agile processes such as backlog refinement, sprint review, release planning, and daily standups.
โ€ข Assess the impact of changes on upcoming projects and releases.
โ€ข Contribute to establishing the product roadmap and communication with key stakeholders.
โ€ข Monitor and evaluate product progress, identifying risks during the process.
โ€ข Provide support to ensure product documentation is considered at each stage of development.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 1 to 2 years of experience working in the Software Development Life Cycle.
โ€ข Proficient in teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
โ€ข Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
โ€ข Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred:
โ€ข Exposure to tools such as Jira Atlassian, Confluence, or other Agile software.
โ€ข 1 to 2 years in a Product Analyst role or similar role.
โ€ข Healthcare experience or familiarity with healthcare terminology.
โ€ข Familiarity with Agile methodology.
โ€ข Interest in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare terms.
โ€ข Familiarity with Project Management methodology.
