Job description

As a SuccesFactors Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business challenges from strategy through implementation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing current business requirements and processes to recommend or develop solutions that meet partner needs.
  • Documenting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules based on business requirements.
  • Assisting in the development of functional specifications for new developments.
  • Supporting the testing process by developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to identify errors and issues in business processes.
  • Providing application support, system testing assistance, and end-user training.
  • Owning all core data elements within all HR Systems and managing positions effectively.
  • Demonstrating strong hands-on experience in configuring the Employee Central module, including Custom Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/Advanced Reports), MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, and workflows.
