Location: Manassas, VA (onsite 5 days per week) STEM Solutions is growing, and we're looking for someone with grit, resilience, and a great personality to join our recruiting team. This is an entry-level opportunity. You do not need recruiting experience or a technical background—we'll teach you both. What we can't teach is work ethic. Screen candidates and learn how to match them with technical opportunities.

A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
Thick skin and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum.
Strong organization and follow-up habits.
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
Coachable and eager to learn.
Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable.
No Experience? No Problem. We provide hands-on training in:
Technical recruiting
Government contracting and security clearances
IT and engineering terminology
Candidate sourcing
Recruiting technology and best practices
Relationship-based recruiting
What Success Looks Like
100+ quality outbound calls per day.
Consistent candidate follow-up.
Building a pipeline of qualified professionals.
Meeting recruiting activity and placement goals.
Becoming a trusted advisor to candidates and clients. Why STEM Solutions?
At STEM Solutions, you'll join a small, high-performing team that supports mission-critical government and commercial programs. If you're looking for a career—not just a job—and you're willing to outwork the competition, we'd like to talk with you.
