What You Will Do:
  • Participates in RFP responses and uses customer applications to generate and interpret data
  • Applies product knowledge to make recommendations to customers
  • Performs field tests and conducts troubleshooting on issues which require alternative courses of action
  • Demonstrates foundational knowledge of technical principles of products
  • Solves problems using set guidelines or procedures and can communicate well.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role

Physical Demands:
  • Must have the ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest high.
  • Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience
  • Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
