IT Contract Administrator

Location: Vancouver, WA 98660 (Hybrid Preferred)
Employment Type: 3-Month W2 Contract (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)

About the Role

Talent Groups is seeking an IT Contract Administrator to support a leading technology organization during a temporary leave of absence. This role is ideal for a contracts professional with experience managing technology, SaaS, cloud, and professional services agreements in a fast-paced environment.

You''ll partner with Legal, Procurement, IT, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of vendor and technology contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer technology-related contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud, professional services, and vendor agreements.
  • Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including intake, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Partner with Legal and business teams to negotiate commercial terms and contract language.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, security standards, privacy requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain contract records and documentation within CLM or procurement systems.
  • Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and vendor obligations.
  • Support sourcing and procurement initiatives by reviewing contract terms and assisting with vendor negotiations.
  • Recommend improvements to contract management processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or vendor management.
  • Experience managing technology-related contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud, or professional services agreements.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP, ServiceNow, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial negotiations, and vendor management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technology or SaaS organizations.
  • Familiarity with software licensing, cloud services, and professional services agreements.
  • Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Paralegal, contract management, or procurement certification is a plus.
