Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage salesforce support queues; resolve incidents, document solutions, and ensure timely closure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across salesforce sales cloud, service cloud, CPQ, and other products.
  • Collaborate with end users to understand issues, provide guidance, and ensure high user satisfaction.
  • Analyze recurring incidents to propose and implement permanent / temporary fixes.
  • Create knowledge articles and train team members to handle similar issues.
  • Provide on-call support for critical incidents (P1) on a rotational basis.
  • Ensure alignment with salesforce best practices and organizational development standards.

Required Technical Skills
  • Salesforce Development Expertise: Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning web components, asynchronous callouts, bulk processing, REST APIs and strong knowledge of governor limits.
  • Integrations: Hands-on troubleshooting and support for APIs, MuleSoft, platform events, and external system integrations.
  • Programming Fundamentals: Solid OOP and functional programming knowledge across Apex, JavaScript, python or related languages.
  • DevOps/SDLC Practices: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, automation, CI/CD, and deployment governance.
  • Architecture Knowledge: Experience maintaining and improving large, complex salesforce orgs; enterprise design patterns and best practices.
