CACI is seeking a PowerBuilder Developer to join our FEMA Team. The PowerBuilder Developer is responsible in supporting and developing the solutions and conduct configuration management throughout. Update design and architecture documentation (data and system) as needed if changes are identified and approved by FEMA as necessary to the success of this project.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced PowerBuilder Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications built using PowerBuilder technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, database administrators, and other developers to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Troubleshoot application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate PowerBuilder applications with APIs, web services, and third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and deployment procedures.
• Support production environments and provide ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience developing applications
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as:
o Microsoft SQL Server
o Oracle Database
• Experience with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as:
o Git
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and application integration.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
