Our client is a next-generation high-tech marketing company who is currently seeking a Technical Product Manager for their Las Vegas location.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, our business is as much data, software, and artificial intelligence as it is business operations and customer service.

The Technical Product Manager will own the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of key internal and external products for our website.

You will lead the technical direction for critical internal platforms, working closely with engineering teams to define scalable, high-performance solutions for our platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Product Ownership & Strategy:

  • Own the architecture and roadmap for internal tools and microservices supporting customer support systems, content moderation, and payments infrastructure.
  • Drive technical decision-making for API integrations, data pipelines, and system reliability.
  • Develop scalable, high-performance solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Write detailed technical product specifications, including system workflows, API documentation, and technical user stories.
  • Oversee internal payments systems, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a bridge between product and engineering, ensuring technical feasibility and prioritization.
  • Partner with software engineers, DevOps teams, and architects to design robust solutions.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to optimize system performance and automation.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Manage technical product development lifecycles, from planning to release, with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and architecture improvements proactively.
  • Define and implement metrics for system performance, uptime, and efficiency.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Leverage data analytics, monitoring tools, and system logs to drive product enhancements.
  • Implement machine learning-driven automation for moderation and support systems where applicable.
  • Define KPIs for system reliability, scalability, and user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a software development or technical product management role.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of software development principles, CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with building or managing payment processing systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or internal payments platforms).
  • Background in building automation for content moderation, fraud detection, or support ticketing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure), API management, and distributed systems.
  • Prior experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or technical product owner.
