Description
Softek International Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our HR/Talent Acquisition team in our Piscataway, NJ office.
The recruiter will be responsible for assessing job requirements, identifying and developing potential candidates through cold calling, networking, sourcing in our existing database and website tools to identify qualified candidates. Experience with DoD or other Federal Recruitment is a plus. 
Responsibilities
• Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles within the federal contracting space.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Clearance Jobs and direct networking to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain structured pipelines of passive candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Posting on job boards, sourcing, recruiting, phone screening and placing high-level IT tech, software Engineers, etc. including positions requiring secret clearance, public trust, etc. for contract and permanent opportunities with Softek’s clients.
• Leveraging our resources to foster two-way engagement and communication with a diverse audience of talent professionals 
• Keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry: identifying opportunities, issues, strategies, and trends to help our business stay on the forefront of innovation.
Location: Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid – 1 day in office)
Requirements
Experience Required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently
• Knowledge of IT industry
• Ability to understand job requirements and match candidates
• The drive to succeed in a performance-driven culture
• Maturity and confidence to be a brand ambassador and sales driver who reflects positively on the Softek brand
