We are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant in Lansing, MI for a short-term assignment needing coverage ASAP.

Position Type: Temporary
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour
Location: On-site, Lansing, MI


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and monitor visitors at the front door
  • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls as needed
  • Check voicemails regularly and relay messages promptly
  • Keep the office tidy on an hourly basis (front desk)
  • Provide general office support as needed


Requirements:
