We are seeking a highly motivated graduate student or recent graduate to support a strategic Talent Management initiative focused on job architecture, career frameworks, and organizational effectiveness. This role offers hands-on experience working with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to help build foundational talent infrastructure across the organization.

This position reports to the VP, Talent Management.


Position Details

  • Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (Corporate Headquarters)
  • Assignment Type: Temporary
  • Duration: 3–4 Months
  • Compensation: $30/hour
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Schedule:
  • Full-time availability preferred during the summer months
  • Part-time availability during the academic year
  • This is a temporary project-based assignment and is not intended to convert to a full-time position.


Key Responsibilities

Job Architecture & Organizational Effectiveness (70%)

  • Support the development and implementation of Unifi's enterprise job architecture framework.
  • Review and analyze existing job descriptions across corporate and operational functions.
  • Conduct job analysis through stakeholder interviews, documentation reviews, and organizational assessments.
  • Assist in creating standardized job families, sub-families, career streams, and job levels across the organization.
  • Support the development of career frameworks and role progression pathways.
  • Partner with Talent Management, Compensation, and business leaders to ensure consistency and alignment across job structures.
  • Assist with salary band alignment activities by organizing and validating job-related information.
  • Support job leveling efforts and the establishment of consistent job titling standards.
  • Develop and maintain job architecture documentation and governance materials.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of job descriptions and job architecture resources.


Talent Management & Workforce Planning (20%)

  • Support talent review and succession planning activities.
  • Assist in the development of competency and capability frameworks.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Analyze organizational and talent data to identify trends and opportunities.


Reporting & Project Support (10%)

  • Develop reports, presentations, and project tracking tools.
  • Analyze and organize workforce and job-related data using Excel.
  • Support communications, stakeholder meetings, and project updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality throughout the project.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed (within the past 12 months):
