Temporary HR Recordkeeper

(6–8 Week Assignment)

Queensbury, NY

Position Summary

Brookfield Renewable NA is hiring a temporary HR Recordkeeper. This position will support the Human Resources Department in organizing and digitizing employee records. This is a 6–8-week on-site assignment.

Key Responsibilities

· Review, organize, and sort paper employee records into individual employee files

· Scan and electronically file records in accordance with established procedures

· Accurately index and label digital files for retrieval

· Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information

· Follow all record handling, privacy, and data protection protocols

· Support HR with other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

· Basic computer skills and comfort working with scanners and electronic files

· Ability to work independently and follow standardized instructions

· Prior administrative, clerical, or records management experience is a plus
