Overview
Fortiss, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. We are a collaborative team looking for someone who is outgoing, personable, with strong attention to detail, and a willingness to assist with any projects or tasks assigned.
Responsibilities
  1. Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
  2. Searches for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on file records, keeps file current, and supplies information from file data or removes files upon request; both physically and electronically.
  3. Create or update records with new files and information.
  4. Disposes of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements.
  5. Assists HR department with day-to-day projects.
  6. Other Job-Related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Technologically versed
  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
  • Good command of English both oral and written.
  • Great attention to detail
  • High sense of confidentiality required and is essential in this job.
  • Must be detailed- Oriented and have strong organizational skills.
  • High school degree or equivalent experience
