About the Opportunity

We're seeking a detail oriented, organized, and self motivated HR Coordinator to join a growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational side of Human Resources and thrives in a fast paced environment where accuracy, organization, and customer service are essential.

While the title is HR Coordinator, this position plays a key role in supporting HR operations, HRIS administration, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities independently and has strong experience with Paylocity.


Responsibilities

  • Administer employee transactions throughout the employee lifecycle including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations
  • Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Process HR transactions within Paylocity and troubleshoot system issues as needed
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare HR reports, audits, and workforce data for leadership
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee information
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and administrative efficiency
  • Provide outstanding customer service to employees and managers across the organization


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Operations role
  • Required: Hands on experience administering Paylocity
  • Strong HRIS experience with a focus on employee transactions and data management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting benefits administration
  • Experience with HR reporting and data analysis
  • Process improvement mindset
