Position Overview
As a Telemarketer / Outreach Representative, your primary mission will be to connect with prospective and existing clients over the phone. You'll help generate leads, renew policies, cross-sell insurance products, follow up on warm prospects, and provide excellent customer service-all as part of our dynamic sales team.
What You'll Do
  • Make outbound calls to leads, former clients, and referral lists
  • Introduce and explain various insurance products (auto, renters, home, life, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments for licensed agents
  • Follow up with leads
  • Update and maintain CRM and contact databases
  • Support cross-selling and renewal efforts
  • Work toward monthly call, contact, and conversion goals
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and calling skill
