ย The Telecom Technician will meet the following qualifications:ย 

Eight years of telecommunications networking experience with experience managing enterprise Telecommunications systems and/or enterprise telecommunications cablingย 

Certified Telco/PBX/Telecom certifications or demonstrated level of equivalent knowledge.ย 

In depth expertise with Telco services, including Centrex, POTS, T1, DS3 and SIP, as well as billing protocols, including identification of codes used within TIRKS, Circuit IDs, infrastructure and application charges, CLLI codes, mileage rates, etc.ย 

Strong experience in call application flows using Private Branch Exchanges (PBXs), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.ย 

Aptitude for gaining deep knowledge of the industry and business, and proactively using this knowledge to deliver meaningful resultsย 

Consults with clients and teammates to identify all facets of an issue and generate a solution. Understands potential impacts to processes and systems across organization and factors these into solutions.ย Excellent conceptualization, analytical and logic skills.ย 

Proficient in MS Office Suites of applications.ย 

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations throughout the organizationย 

Amazing attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skillsย 

Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyย 

Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to document and present informationย 

ย A can-do attitude with great follow-through assist in training other team members
