Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Must possess a strong understanding of SIP & VOIP
  • Should have extremely good troubleshooting/analytical skills
  • Must be well versed in BT Trade product suite including Verba Voice recording
  • Must have at least TWO of below technical expertise
  • VoIP platform experience (CISCO/Avaya/Asterisk/Alcatel etc) 
  • Session border controller (SBC)
  • Microsoft Teams / Azure
  • Voice gateways (VEGA , etc)
  • CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certification
  • Voice Recording experience
  • E1/T1 technologies and Analogue
