Job description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Carrier Disputes Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Carrier Dispute Analyst II is responsible for independently managing moderately complex carrier disputes. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to interpret usage data, contracts, and rate plans in order to resolve billing discrepancies with domestic and international carriers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or related field
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom billing, disputes, or financial reconciliation.
  • Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities. Advanced understanding of telecom terminology and billing practices. Ability to interpret contract language and apply it to billing analysis.
