This position is responsible for supporting the Operations and Sales groups, working with internal staff to complete and present Telecom Audits.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum of 5+ years Telecommunications experience, including Telecom account auditing. Candidate should be self-managed and driven. Responsible for assisting internal Operations and Sales groups as needed to support customers and staff.
Candidate possesses very strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Proficient knowledge in voice & data services, including interpretation of carrier CSR's. Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Must have superior skills in communication and issue resolution.
Review of Overall Responsibilities:
Initiate, Manage and work within our methodologies to Audit, or collaborate with our internal Audit group, all customers telecommunications services
Assist in maintaining Inventory and initiating tickets within our proprietary Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, including Contract Terms and Rates.
Present audit findings to clients, track and complete action items with carriers.
Review of Daily Responsibilities:
Assist the internal Sales and Operations groups, as needed.
Review of Qualifications:
5+ years working in Telecommunications related field.
Must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Must have working knowledge of PC and applications.
Must have advanced level skills in MS Office; especially in Excel. Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude.
Candidate should have a passion for auditing and attention to detail.
