A telecom audit is a systematic review of an organization's telecommunications expenses, contracts, and services to identify billing errors, overcharges, and opportunities for cost savings. Auditors analyze invoices, usage patterns, and contracts from telecom providers to ensure accuracy and compliance. The goal is to optimize telecom spending, recover any overpayments, and improve efficiency within the organization's communication systems.
