Immediate need for a talented Telecom Billing Analyst I. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Boston,MA(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $17 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • This role ensures data accuracy, assists with invoice delivery, and performs routine reconciliations to support revenue integrity.
  • Generate and distribute recurring and one-time telecom service invoices.
  • Validate billing data using internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Respond to basic customer billing inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure correct billing setup and account mapping.
  • Support monthly billing close processes and audit readiness.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Must have skills: BILLING ,INVOICES ,SPREADSHEETS
  • HYBRID POSITION - MUST RESIDE WITHIN FOOTPRINT
  • Not limited to work a certain timezone
