NKHS is a 501(c)(3) private not-for-profit organization operating with the purpose of promoting a high quality, comprehensive community mental health program in Vermont's beautiful Northeast Kingdom. NKHS is seeking a motivated IT Associate I to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support, maintain systems, and help ensure the reliability and security of our organization's technology infrastructure. Your work will directly support our staff in delivering critical services across the region.

NKHS is a 501(c)(3) private not-for-profit organization operating with the purpose of promoting high quality, comprehensive community mental health programs in Vermont's beautiful Northeast Kingdom. Our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities by promoting hope, healing, and support. NKHS is a Designated Agency contracted with the State of Vermont to provide the highest quality of service in the areas of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, children and youth with serious emotional disabilities, and adults with mental health and substance use challenges.
We serve the populations of Caledonia, Essex, and Orleans counties through a wide variety of targeted programs for individuals of all ages. NKHS has over 500 employees providing case management, community and home supports, residential care, psychiatry, medication management, therapy, vocational supports, school-based services, emergency care, and respite services. Responsibilities
As an IT Associate I, you will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting the organization's technical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
• Provide technical support and problem resolution to end users across multiple sites
• Respond to and assist staff with Help Desk requests in a timely manner
• Perform equipment moves, repairs, additions, and changes including end user devices and network equipment
• Install and configure PC hardware and software
• Collaborate with the IT team to create and update operational procedures
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing technical infrastructure including LAN/WAN networks, Windows servers, operating systems, Exchange, and workstations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure reliable network performance

Qualifications
