Job description

Job Summary:
Neighborhood Charter Schools is dedicated to providing educational opportunities through a comprehensive K-8 program. They are seeking a Technology Associate to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide quality customer service to the school community.
Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day operations across all NCS technology
• Primary contact for setup and troubleshooting A/V equipment throughout the organization
• Answering staff and/or family ticket inquiries and providing quality customer service
• Flexibility to travel between school locations
• Work closely with the Director of IT to guide and support vendors with network-wide projects
• Assists the Director of IT and vendors in maintaining end users’ equipment (including Windows PCs, Mac/IOS devices, Chromebooks, printers, Promethean boards, etc.)
• Interacts with internal and external personnel regarding hardware, software, e-mail, and networks
• Ensure devices are up to date with the latest software, and troubleshoot devices if interruptions arise in the daily operations of the device
• Assists the Senior Technology Manager with processing feedback from other departments to create a plan for future purchases and upgrades to the school environment
• Assists the Director of IT with communicating with vendors on developing the NCS IT environment
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
