Summary/Objectives:

Trewon is seeking a committed Jr Cyber Security Associate to help support our federal client and team. The Jr Cyber Security Associate will work with SMEs and leverage knowledge of sample environments below to customize and create application solutions. This role requires organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Environments may include: Business Intelligence, Business Objects, Oracle 11g DB, Windows Server 2012, Control-M, Windows scripting, Citrix (NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop), Crystal Reports, AWS Cloud, Cloud Computing DevOps, NetApp Storage, MS SharePoint, MS Power App, Azure, MS Dynamics, AWS Cloud and more.

  • One year plus Information Technology related experience.??

  • Conceptual understanding and introductory practical application of the following Cyber Activities:

  • Penetration Testing

  • Vulnerability Assessment

  • Continuous Monitoring

  • Risk Management Framework

  • Patching

  • Incident Response

  • Digital Forensics

  • Ability to receive IT training and obtain necessary certifications post-training.??

  • Ability to be a quick learner and possess "can-do" attitude.??

  • Ability to perform Independently and/or in a team environment.??

  • Ability to support senior technicians.??

  • Ability to research and discover solutioning to problems.??

  • Ability to work with other team members working on Cyber Security, Business Intelligence, Database related activities.??

  • Ability to work with vendor Tech support ( i.e. SAP, Oracle etc..)??
