Job description

Position Summary

Responsible for analyzing use and needs, then developing and applying current information technology to satisfy business requirements or solve business related issues.  With direct supervision, assists more senior IT professionals to coordinate IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results that meet deadlines; provides guidance to project resources within and across multiple teams as needed 
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and serving as a product owner
  • Provide technical support as needed to maintain business continuity and application availability

  • Provide implementation support and serve as a point of contact for project communications with business functions and internal customers

  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships across technical and non-technical groups

  • Ability to translate technical information into clear business-relevant insights

  • Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of how technology solutions support business performance.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global team environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in: Computing Sciences, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Science or related areas
  • 1-3  years related IT experience (internships / co-ops included)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SAP Ariba or similar supplier management, procurement or sourcing platforms
  • Familiar with supply chain processes, supplier engagement, procurement workflows, or related business functions
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying data, supporting analysis or troubleshooting issues
