Overview
The Entry-Level IT Support Specialist provides first-line technical support to end users across Bundy Baking Solutions. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues while delivering excellent customer service. This position is ideal for individuals starting their IT careers who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing and business systems environment.

Purpose of the Role
  • Provide responsive and effective IT support to employees
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Support core systems including desktops, mobile devices, printers, and enterprise applications
  • Serve as the frontline representative of the IT department

Key Responsibilities
User Support
  • Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or in person
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
    • Windows operating systems
    • Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
    • Printers and peripherals
    • Mobile devices (iOS/Android)
  • Provide clear communication and updates to users
Ticket Management
  • Log, track, and update incidents in the IT ticketing system (e.g., Spiceworks)

Hardware amp; Device Support
