Purpose:

The IT Associate will be responsible and accountable for the efficient running of computer and information systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. The IT Associate will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing and information system needs. The IT Associate will have proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for asset management of both hardware and software in US operations
  • Serve as liaison with national managed service provider
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate hardware and network policies and procedures
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Manage users and user roles.
  • Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software
  • Assist with strategic decisions on new systems
  • Train end-users on hardware and software
  • Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing

Qualifications/ Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, MIS or similar field.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
  • 2-4 years’ work experience as IT associate or in related field.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare is preferred

  • This position may require long periods of sitting or standing.


Travel required as necessary.
