Description

Position Objective
World Investment Advisors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Technology Associate to assist the IT Department with day to day technical services for our Advisors, in-house employees and in support of general operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their problem-solving expertise to identify and recommend solutions for issues sent to the department as well as assist on strategic initiatives and projects. With a strong commitment to delivering the best possible service, the Associate will help in monitoring requests for service and ensuring successful engagement. This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of our technical operations.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Will be part of the current WIA Information Technology team and will work closely with other team members with ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks.
  •  Will provide first tier support to the WIA network via email or phone by helping users with issues by researching problems, troubleshooting, and reaching out to tech support entities/vendors when necessary.
  • Will assist as system administrator and user set-up within the different platforms used at WIA. Some of those systems include but not limited to:
  •     Salesforce
  •     Microsoft 365
               • Email support is a substantial part of this position.
  •  HubSpot
  • Conga
  • Fast Forms
  • NetDocuments
  • NetSuite
 
  • Will assist with ongoing maintenance of CRM and other systems and will notify users of outages or issues
  • Assist with data imports into our Salesforce platform and help with data cleanup
  • Be part of general Technology Department administration, meetings, and projects
Required Qualifications
• Positive Mental Attitude. Able to remain kind and gracious, even under extreme pressure.
• Highly motivated and results driven individual, a self-starter.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong aptitude for working collaboratively in a team environment while working in a fully remote capacity.
• Experience with MS Office applications
Preference Given to Candidates with the Following Qualifications:
  • CRM/Database experience
  • Salesforce-specific experience in particular.
  • Programming ability a big plus.

Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $65,000-$75,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The firm also has a bonus program.
