Job description

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Technology Associate, you will support the day-to-day administration, tracking implementation, and platform health of Enova's marketing technology stack. Working closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams, you will help maintain core MarTech platforms including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, and Osano - ensuring accurate tracking, reliable platform operations, and properly governed deployments across channels. You will own tag management implementation, managing pixel and script deployments across brand properties and new channel launches. You will also contribute to AI-driven marketing initiatives, helping the team stay at the forefront of AI adoption in marketing analytics, personalization, and experimentation, while maintaining high data quality and enabling more data-driven customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Tag management end-to-end - including implementation of third-party tracking scripts, pixel deployments for new channel launches,
  • Administer and maintain Adobe Analytics - including variable configuration, report suite management, user access and permissions, event tracking setup, and day-to-day data validation
  • Manage platform administration across core MarTech tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, and Osano - covering user access, environment health, and operational support
  • Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of the consent management platform (Osano), including monitoring new cookies, assisting with classification workflows, and supporting compliance updates
  • Coordinate MarTech release management - supporting QA, deployment scheduling, and release documentation across platforms
  • Provide technical support for email and SMS platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys), ensuring data extensions, automations, and integrations function properly
  • Own operational documentation and training materials for MarTech platforms, supporting knowledge transfer and standardized processes across the team

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital analytics roles
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch or an equivalent tag management system (Tealium, GTM) - including pixel implementation and tag governance
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics - including variable configuration, report suite administration, and event tracking
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent email/SMS platform (data extensions, journey management, integrations)
  • Familiarity with consent management platforms (Osano or similar) and basic privacy compliance workflows
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data flows and troubleshoot platform integrations
  • Experience troubleshooting tracking implementations, resolving data discrepancies, and coordinating cross-platform QA
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a platform administration and governance context
  • Experience working cross-functionally in Agile environments
