General Summary:
Brick Technology Group known for innovative technology seeks a self-directed IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership.
The position involves broad technology implementation and support for VoIP, networking, workstation, server, and various cloud services. The position involves being onsite, or in client offices implementing various technology projects with the assistance and mentorship of senior leadership.
Essential Functions:
  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources
  • Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, data center management, VoIP, networking, server support, workstation support, and various cloud services.

Qualification Standards
Communication:
Ability to exchange routine information in an appropriate manner. Ability to read and speak the English language and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate professionally.
