Job description

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possibility for extension)

Location : Austin, TX, 78701

Pay Rate: $60 - $65 /hr W2

Role Description:

In this role, you will be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and our go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs that are fundamental to our revenue and growth.

Skills Requirements:

  • Drive Program Execution: Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs in the video advertising space from conception to launch. Develop and manage project plans, define scope, track progress, and manage timelines and dependencies.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a large engineering organization accountable for the development and deployment of applications and services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence at all levels including executive leadership.
  • Strong desire to learn, skills for problem solving, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
